We have programs to motivate employees’ excellence, productivity and growth such as Employee of the Year wherein top performing employees of the year are highly recognized. Another program which gives recognition and value to those who have the best talents is the 5 Stars of 7-Eleven.  Different opportunities are given to those who were chosen annually and one of these rewards they had receive is a trip incentive to Taiwan together with some of the top management of the company including the President.

There are also programs that spice-up employees’ work lives such as the Quarterly Socialization Event, Friday Morning Ceremonies, and Corporate Events such as the Family Day, Foundation Day, Christmas party, etc.

We also have our dynamic Employees’ Council who communicates to management employees’ concerns.  It conducts an annual reach-out to all employees to sincerely communicate  management’s plans.
